I can’t send messages on xbox live. when i send one to someone it says theres an error. Also something keeps popping up saying “Disconnected from messenger”. what does that mean?? I have xbox gold but i don’t have a windows live account. Whats the problem?

If you don’t have a Windows Live you can’t use the Xbox Live messenger service. There’s an error because you don’t have an account to Windows Live. You should get one, and use that information under the messenger settings on the Xbox.
