Red Ring of Death (XBOX 360)?

A serious question for a change … Does anyone know how to fix an Xbox 360 when showing 3 lights red? The power supply light is green when the console displays the indicators. I had to use this weekend and help page Member States is not really that good. It does not really want to wait 3 weeks for repair. Any help much appreciated! Thanks for the advice guys!
